First, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all investors for your ongoing support.
We have entered an age in which software governs the competitive edge of individuals, companies, and even countries. Software achieves differentiation that serves as the source of competitiveness. In the software industry, it has become even more important to not just contribute to boosting efficiency and productivity for customers, but to also work together with them as partners in creating new value.
There is a particularly strong demand for advanced expertise in evolved AI and other technologies with respect to development in cutting-edge fields—an area in which we excel. As such, it is crucial to demonstrate engineering capabilities through horizontal coordination, such as by engaging in alliances.
In light of this, we have defined our theme of focus for this year as "Hone our expertise in cutting-edge fields and seek to grow our business through open innovation," which is a continuation of the previous year. We will dedicate efforts to research and development, and actively pursue alliances with academic, public-sector, and private-sector research institutes, as well as with hardware vendors while conducting our own proprietary research. Through these activities, we aim to boost customer satisfaction and create high-added value in business.
Apart from bolstering our technology training with a focus on AI, security, and data science, we will also take steps to nurture human resources that excel in robotics, edge AI chips, and other forms of hardware.
Going forward, we will strive to further boost our corporate value as a company specializing in real-time technology with a corporate philosophy of "bringing safety and progress to society."
